This strategic, high-visibility role focuses on hunting new enterprise opportunities and transforming traditional warehouse or factory operations into high-efficiency automated hubs. You will act as a consultative partner, translating complex operational pain points into scalable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to expand market share in Malaysia.
- Conduct comprehensive on-site operational assessments to diagnose inefficiencies and architect customized automation solutions.
- Engage, influence, and build relationships with senior decision-makers across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions.
- Manage complex, long-cycle B2B enterprise sales from initial discovery through proof of value to closing.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience in automation, robotics, intralogistics, or warehouse automation sales.
- Demonstrated track record as a successful sales hunter handling complex B2B solutions and long sales cycles.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to architect solutions based on operational data and productivity metrics.
- Direct experience engaging with manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or semiconductor operational environments.
