We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager (luxury menswear) to drive business performance, delivering exceptional brand standards, and ensuring a premium customer experience across all retail touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall retail operations, ensuring stores consistently achieve sales targets, profitability, and operational KPIs.
• Coach, develop, and inspire Store Managers and retail teams to deliver exceptional customer service, clienteling, and luxury shopping experiences.
• Monitor sales performance, productivity, and customer insights to identify opportunities and implement action plans that drive business growth.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Merchandising, and Buying teams to ensure seamless execution of seasonal launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Ensure all stores maintain the highest standards of visual presentation, operational compliance, inventory management, and luxury service excellence.
• Analyze retail performance, prepare business reports and forecasts, and recommend strategies to optimize sales and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, internal stakeholders, and brand principals to support business objectives.
