Designs reporting frameworks and dashboards to measure key Revenue Growth Management performance indicators, monitor targets, and recommend corrective measures for performance shortfalls.
Creates and updates standardised analytical tools and templates for consistent cross-market application, guiding market teams on best-practice adoption.
Collaborates with cross-functional partners to enhance Revenue Growth Management data integrity, address analytical bottlenecks, and document key assumptions for transparent decision-making.
