Reporting directly to the Group Managing Director, you will drive high-value project specifications with Tier-1 developers and architects. This is a high-visibility leadership role designed for an ambitious sales strategist ready to step into a Head of Sales trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Pitch directly to C-Suite developers, principal architects, and main contractors to lock in product specifications.
- Identify and capture upcoming mega commercial, residential, and mixed-use project pipelines.
- Sell value and product superiority to preserve profit margins against low-cost market competitors.
- Leverage and expand an active network across the Malaysian property development ecosystem.
- Track architectural trends and rival movements to secure first-mover advantage on new tenders.
- Mentor and elevate the project sales team, instilling elite presentation and deal-closing standards.
Skills & Experience Required
- 5+ years of proven B2B project sales success in building materials, tiles, sanitaryware, or surface products.
- Active, high-level network with Tier-1 Malaysian property developers, architects, and main contractors.
- Charismatic communicator with strong executive presence and experience pitching to senior stakeholders.
- Solid grasp of architectural product specifications, technical standards, and project installation cycles.
