Key Responsibilities:
Drive Field-Based B2B Sales: Actively manage the full sales cycle through a proactive, on-ground approach. This role requires high mobility, including conducting site visits, attending face-to-face client meetings, and travelling across Peninsular and East Malaysia.
Consultative & Solution Selling: Deeply understand client pain points to pitch and tailor our client’s premium range of digital research solutions, professional publications, and enterprise services.
Manage Dual-Client Portfolios: Adapt your communication and negotiation styles to engage two distinct, high-profile audiences:
The Legal Sector: Senior partners, independent practitioners, and law firms.
The Corporate Sector: In-house legal teams, compliance officers, and C-suite decision-makers within major conglomerates and enterprise companies.
Data-Driven Account Management: Execute a strategic, data-driven approach to map out potential accounts, upsell existing clients, and consistently exceed commercial targets.
On-Ground Relationship Building: Serve as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador, establishing long-term, high-integrity relationships that secure high subscription retention rates.
