This pioneer role acts as the key link between global maritime clients and international supply chain teams. You will drive operational efficiency by managing spare parts fulfillment and long-term service agreements for critical marine equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales operations for spare parts and Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA).
- Prepare accurate price quotations, process sales orders, and ensure on-time delivery of marine products.
- Coordinate closely with overseas technical and logistics teams to track shipments and resolve issues.
- Serve as the main operational contact for key regional shipowners and fleet managers.
- Maintain order tracking records, customer documentation, and contract data.
- Liaise with overseas department heads and local management to improve service delivery.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or supply chain, preferably within marine, heavy equipment, or engineering sectors.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in order processing, quotation management, and international freight tracking.
- Strong professional attitude, positive mindset, and excellent problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently in a pioneer team while collaborating with international stakeholders.
