About the JobThis strategic role is designed for a self-motivated professional ready to drive business growth within the industrial chemical sector. Reporting directly to the Business Director and supported by a seasoned Senior Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding our market footprint across Malaysia.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecute strategic sales activities to drive continuous business growth across the Malaysian market.
Identify and secure high-value new business leads and accounts within priority industrial sectors.
Service and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of existing customers.
Actively listen to client technical requirements to suggest and provide appropriate chemical solutions.
Conduct daily field visits to clients to maintain a high level of market presence and service quality.
Represent the brand with professionalism while exploring opportunities in rubber, plastics, and resin industries.
Collaborate with the management team to align sales strategies with global organizational goals.
Manage end-to-end sales processes from initial lead generation to account maintenance.
Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in industrial sales or a relevant technical field.
Possession of a Diploma or Degree in a commercial or technical discipline.
Solid understanding of industrial chemical applications, particularly within the rubber or oil sectors.
Willingness to travel locally for client visits and occasionally to regional plant locations as required.
