about the job

• Promote and sell standardized logistics products, including standard warehousing solutions, air freight, and sea freight lane products.

• Identify, target, and acquire SME customers to expand the company's client portfolio and market presence.

• Handle daily customer relationship management, manage contract renewals, and evaluate SME clients for potential upgrade into Key Accounts.

• Partner with the Operations and Solutions teams to support smooth client onboarding and ensure high service quality based on customer feedback.

• Minimum 3 years of business development or sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, or supply chain industries (B2B/SME acquisition experience preferred).

• Possession of an active network of transferable clients to bring in will be highly advantageous.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with a proactive, follow through mindset.

• Comfortable in spoken Mandarin to effectively communicate and liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
