As the Sales Manager, you will be the strategic commercial driver focusing on major food manufacturers across the region. You will manage and grow a robust pipeline by introducing technical, value-added ingredient solutions that directly impact the product development of household food brands.

Cultivate, maintain, and scale strategic relationships with R&D, Procurement, and Production teams within food manufacturing corporations.
Drive sales for specialised functional ingredients including starches, protein powders, baking ingredients and more.
Identify market trends, map out potential new manufacturing clients, and execute strategic commercial plans to capture market share.
Bridge the gap between the client's R&D needs and your product portfolio, helping manufacturers optimise their formulations or improve cost-efficiencies.
Work closely with technical application teams and principal suppliers to deliver tailored product presentations and trials.
key requirements
Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience specifically within the food ingredients selling directly to food manufacturers.
Good understanding of functional ingredients such as starches, protein powders, baking ingredients and more.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related Business field.
Self-motivated and possessing strong negotiation skills to navigate B2B sales.
