Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the construction, infrastructure, and heavy equipment sectors.
- Nurture existing corporate accounts to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and repeat machinery orders.
- Conduct professional technical presentations and hands-on equipment demonstrations directly on project sites.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline seamlessly from initial commercial quotation through to final contract negotiation.
- Provide structured after-sales support to monitor equipment performance and ensure long-term client loyalty.
- Execute regular site visits and travel to key industrial zones to engage directly with project stakeholders.
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven track record of success in B2B technical sales, industrial machinery, or heavy equipment distribution.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence contractors and developers.
