About the Job
This is a high-growth business development role focused on driving revenue across two distinct divisions: scaffolding and racking systems. Working closely with the Executive Director and Managing Director, you will execute market penetration strategies in Kuala Lumpur and the wider Central region to capture new commercial accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within the construction, warehousing, and manufacturing sectors.
- Manage and expand relationships with key clients, sub-contractors, and main contractors.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate tailored technical proposals and commercial quotations.
- Drive sales cycles from initial prospecting through to successful deal closures and contract signings.
- Coordinate with internal project teams to ensure seamless delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor movements, market trends, and shifting client infrastructure requirements.
Skills & Experience Required
- At least 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience within scaffolding, racking, steel products, or structural construction materials.
- Strong track record in proactive business development, lead generation, and solution-selling.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own transport for active client visitations.
