This critical position serves as the operational backbone of the commercial division, guaranteeing a seamless transition from closed sales to successful product delivery. You will manage the administrative and logistical complexities of international trade, bridging the gap between sales teams, warehouse operations, and global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete end-to-end order fulfillment pipeline to ensure accurate, on-time delivery to industrial manufacturers.
- Act as the primary contact for corporate clients regarding real-time order tracking, product availability, and logistics timelines.
- Produce and audit critical international trade documentation, including commercial invoices, customs packing lists, and freight instructions.
- Partner with global freight forwarders and local logistics providers to coordinate cost-effective domestic and international shipments.
- Maintain clean inventory records and execute precise stock management transactions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Apply structured knowledge of Incoterms to protect company commercial interests and ensure regulatory compliance across shipping routes.
Skills & Experience Required
- Professional Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record in B2B order processing, shipping coordination, or commercial sales administration.
- Foundational understanding of international shipping protocols, customs documentation, and standard Incoterms.
- Hands-on proficiency operating enterprise ERP platforms, with a strong preference for Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for data accuracy and multi-departmental coordination.
