- Act as the strategic architect for the General Trade channel, leading end-to-end annual planning, including Gross-to-Net (GTN) and in-store investments.
- Design and execute Route-to-Market (RTM) architectures to optimize distribution depth and breadth across the GT landscape.
- Manage distributor financial health by taking full ownership of distributor P&L, trade investments, and ROI optimization.
- Plan and prepare individual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) for the distributor network to ensure alignment with total channel goals.
- Drive field behavior by designing and tracking Distributor Sales Rep (DSR) incentive schemes and "Perfect Store" execution toolkits.
- Convert sales data into actionable business intelligence through the management of distributor scorecards and monthly performance commentary.
the experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Distributor Management, Sales Operations, or Trade Marketing within the FMCG industry.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, with a strong ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial recommendations.
- Strong understanding of Route-to-Market (RTM) strategy and distributor partner selection, with exposure towards Distributor P&L management or trade investment.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders cross-functionally.
