- Serve as the strategic architect for the Modern Trade (Key Account) channel, leading annual sales, Gross-to-Net (GTN), and in-store investment planning.
- Partner closely with the sales team to prepare and negotiate high-impact Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and category management strategies with key retailers.
- Utilize monthly scan sales analysis (e.g., Nielsen, Dunnhumby) to track performance, identify market gaps, and provide data-driven insights to Customer Marketing.
- Support space management through the development of Planograms and fixturization in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Define and track "Perfect Store" standards while designing efficient merchandiser networks to ensure optimal stock availability and shelf compliance.
- Drive sales capability by designing and implementing incentive schemes specifically tailored to motivate high performance within the Key Account channel.
the experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Sales Operations, or Trade Marketing within the FMCG industry.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, with a strong ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial recommendations.
- Proven hands-on experience in Nielsen and Retailer Scan Data analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders cross-functionally.
