We are seeking an experienced Sales & Operations Manager (Premium Wellness Centre) to drive the overall business performance, sales growth, and operational excellence of our wellness centre.
The ideal candidate is a commercially driven leader with proven experience in wellness, healthcare, beauty, hospitality, fitness, or other service-oriented industries. Strong sales capabilities, operational management skills, and the ability to lead teams towards business growth are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue, membership growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Lead the sales team to achieve business targets and centre-wide KPIs through effective performance management.
- Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and growth initiatives.
- Oversee daily wellness centre operations, ensuring operational efficiency, service excellence, and brand standards.
- Manage resources, processes, compliance, and team coordination to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Champion exceptional customer experience by maintaining premium service standards and driving customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Management, Hospitality, Wellness, Healthcare, or related disciplines preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales, operations, or centre management within wellness, beauty, healthcare, fitness, hospitality, or retail service industries.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
