About the Job
This role is perfect for a driven sales professional who thrives on relationship-building and client management. Managing the Southern Region of Malaysia, you will blend active customer acquisition with account cultivation. Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and manage business growth opportunities within the Southern region.
- Establish strong, consultative relationships with new and existing industrial clients.
- Conduct regular site visits to understand client manufacturing or logistics environments.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and sales progress within the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal technical support and product specialists to deliver the right client solutions.
- Monitor sales pipelines, track project statuses, and provide regular updates on regional activities.
- Resolve customer issues promptly to build long-term corporate partnership and trust.
Skills & Experience Required
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or any related technical/industrial discipline.
- Experience in B2B corporate sales, account management, or technical client facing roles.
- Familiarity with or a strong interest in industrial, electronics, machinery, or automation environments.
- Comfortable dealing with technical products and eager to undergo comprehensive product training.
- Prior experience dealing with manufacturing plants, logistics hubs, or factories is an advantage.
