About the Job
Based out of the Johor Bahru branch, this strategic position is focused on accelerating business growth across the Southern Region. Working in a collaborative technical sales environment, you will bridge the gap between engineering capabilities and client needs, driving market share through direct engagement and distributor channel management.
Key Responsibilities
- Map out and secure business opportunities within the industrial, logistics, and factory automation sectors across the Southern Region.
- Execute a consultative sales approach by identifying client operational challenges and presenting customized, high-value technical sensor solutions.
- Manage the complete end-to-end sales lifecycle for assigned target accounts, keeping a precise sales funnel updated within the corporate CRM.
- Collaborate closely with internal Market Product Management teams to analyze competitor positioning and design winning technical configurations.
- Build strong, long-term technical partnerships with direct clients and regional distribution channels through consistent application support.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum of 3 years of successful commercial or technical sales experience specifically within an industrial automation or factory control environment.
- Solid technical baseline or background handling electronic components, PLC systems, machine vision, or industrial sensor technologies.
- Proven ability to engage with manufacturing clients, factory managers, and regional industrial distributors confidently.
- Highly disciplined, results-oriented, and self-motivated mindset, with a strong preference for field-based client engagement.
- A minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Control, or Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
