Based in Perai, this role combines technical consultation and B2B sales to deliver engineered protective packaging solutions to the Northern manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing client accounts while hunting for new business in the Northern region.
- Sell protective packaging solutions to the Semiconductor, Data Center, and manufacturing sectors.
- Provide technical consultation on custom materials, heavy-duty foam inserts, and on-site crating services.
- Interpret engineering drawings to design exact packaging specifications for high-value equipment.
- Coordinate with internal production and warehouse teams to ensure accurate client deliveries.
Skills & Experience Required
- Background in Engineering combined with practical B2B sales experience.
- Basic knowledge of industrial protective packaging, foam solutions, or manufacturing supply chains.
- Ability to understand technical terms and communicate effectively with manufacturing engineers.
- Strong relationship-building skills to manage corporate accounts independently.
- Familiarity with the Northern Malaysia industrial market landscape.
