We are currently working with a renowned home and living brand, to appoint a Senior Sales Executive (Retail) who will be responsible for strengthening the brand’s retail positioning and elevating its market presence across multiple touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Consultation: Attend to walk-in customers, provide professional product consultations, and drive individual/team sales targets.
• Events & Showrooms: Promote and sell products across the showroom, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.
• Sales Administration: Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices, while promptly following up on all customer enquiries.
• Client Relationship: Build strong customer relationships, handle feedback, and coordinate reliable after-sales support.
• Showroom Operations: Maintain a clean, well-organised showroom display and assist with stock replenishment and inventory accuracy.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Support marketing campaigns, new product launches, and other sales activities assigned by Management.
