Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning and execution of end-to-end marketing and conversion funnel strategies across various business models to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, SEO, social media, email campaigns, and content initiatives, while ensuring effective budget allocation and performance tracking.
- Develop compelling ad copy and marketing messaging tailored to each client’s brand positioning and target audience, while collaborating on the creation and enhancement of creative assets and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior digital marketing team members through mentorship, performance support, and day-to-day collaboration.
- Track, evaluate, and present campaign performance metrics on a regular basis, delivering actionable recommendations and conducting lead quality reviews to maximize campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
- Agency Background: At least 1–2 years of fast-paced digital or performance marketing agency experience, with a proven track record of multitasking across multiple B2B and B2C client accounts.
- Paid Media Expertise: Strong competency in executing and managing campaigns across core agency channels, specifically Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Email Marketing platforms.
- Analytics & Growth Hacking: Deep understanding of data analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Google Analytics, Hotjar/Clarity) with a focus on running A/B tests and improving landing page conversion rates (CRO).
- Copywriting & Client Relations: Advanced commercial English copywriting skills with a natural ability to manage stakeholder expectations and client relationships effectively.
- Technical Value-Adds: Bonus points for any familiarity with front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JS), SEO methodologies, Programmatic or mobile advertising, and agency automation tools such as Make or Zapier.
