Available at Senior Executive and Manager levels, these roles focus on high-value B2B capital equipment sales in Johor Bahru. You will manage long sales cycles and build strategic partnerships with factory owners to upgrade production capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure high-value sales of plastic injection molding machines and factory automation systems.
- Manage corporate sales cycles from initial technical inquiry through to commercial closing and delivery.
- Partner with internal engineering teams to provide machinery support and production line layouts.
- Build deep, proactive relationships with corporate accounts through consistent, patient follow-ups.
- Represent the brand at major industrial trade exhibitions and regional networking events.
Skills & Experience Required
- 3 to 5 years of B2B commercial sales experience handling heavy machinery, plastic processing equipment, or industrial automation.
- Proven track record navigating long capital-expenditure sales cycles with factory owners and procurement teams.
- High technical aptitude with the confidence to discuss manufacturing parameters with client engineers.
- Patient, proactive, and resilient personality suited for extended sales cycles.
- Existing professional network within the local plastics, injection molding, packaging, or automotive industries.
