About the RoleAs a Senior Customer Operations Specialist (Paid Media), you will play a crucial role as a sole contributor overseeing performance marketing initiatives. This role requires a hands-on professional who can quickly ramp up to execute, optimize, and drive results across multi-channel paid media campaigns while ensuring operational excellence and delivering strong campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across major digital platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, to achieve campaign objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and other relevant KPIs, providing regular insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive reporting dashboards using business intelligence tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI to track campaign performance and support data-driven decisions.
- Design and implement testing strategies, including A/B and multivariate testing, to improve ad creatives, audience targeting, bidding approaches, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor media budgets closely by managing spend allocation, bid optimization, audience segmentation, and pacing to maximize return on investment.
- Ensure accurate campaign measurement by configuring and maintaining tracking frameworks, including Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), conversion tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters.
- Collaborate with clients, account teams, and regional stakeholders to ensure campaigns are launched, managed, and optimized efficiently while meeting business expectations.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and performance enhancements by translating campaign data into strategic recommendations and actionable insights.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in paid media or performance marketing.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior exposure to the Payments industry and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is heavily prioritized; familiarity with the Cloud and AI sectors is a strong advantage.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (TikTok and LinkedIn are strong pluses); expert grasp of GA4, GTM, and attribution modeling.
- Certifications: Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification is preferred.
- Language Skills: Native or business-level fluency in spoken Mandarin is mandatory to communicate effectively with regional managers and teams based in Beijing. Fluent English proficiency is required.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills with proven client-facing or stakeholder management experience.
