About the Role
We are seeking a strategic commercial leader to oversee regional marketing commercialization and growth for a core consumer portfolio. In this role, you will manage regional category strategies, drive product innovation pipelines, and take ownership of portfolio performance metrics. This position offers a structured leadership track with opportunities to transition into senior management roles within the region.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Portfolio Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive regional marketing plans and go-to-market strategies across core territories.
Commercial Performance: Drive regional category growth and optimize market share within target markets.
Brand Equity Management: Strengthen long-term brand health and equity, utilizing standard consumer metrics to evaluate commercial success.
Innovation Commercialization: Manage the end-to-end commercialization and deployment of the product innovation pipeline.
Team Leadership & Development: Provide direct leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a team of marketing professionals and management graduates across the region.
Campaign & Media Execution: Oversee regional media planning and multi-channel campaign execution to ensure timely alignment across platforms.
Agency Management: Partner with external creative, media, and P.R. agencies to drive campaign effectiveness and maximize total ROI.
Market Insights: Analyze regional market trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behaviors to capture growth opportunities.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate closely with global marketing units, regional business heads, and cross-functional support teams.
Travel: Undertake routine travel across regional markets to support commercial activities and localized team alignment.
Requirements
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related commercial discipline.
FMCG Brand Management: Extensive brand management experience strictly within the FMCG sector, ideally within a multinational corporate environment.
People Leadership: Proven track record of managing, coaching, and developing marketing teams.
Long-Term Planning: Demonstrated experience designing multi-year brand strategies and supervising new product launch pipelines.
Media & Agency Acumen: Solid understanding of media execution alongside practical experience managing external creative, media, and P.R. agencies.
Stakeholder Impact: Exceptional relationship-building skills to manage alignment effectively with global teams and regional business leads
Languages: Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
