We are looking for a highly driven and hands-on Store General Manager to lead the overall operations and performance of our retail store. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, leading a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate is commercially strong, operationally hands-on, customer-focused, and passionate about retail excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop annual budgets, manage and schedule expenditures, analyse variances, and implement corrective actions to drive store budget performance and overall P&L accountability.
- Oversee the day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance
- Drive sales achievement and profitability through effective commercial strategies and operational execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Fashion, Retail Management, or related field
- 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in retail management, preferably within luxury fashion, menswear, or lifestyle brands.
