We are currently working with a renowned luxury fashion brand to appoint a Store Manager who will be responsible for driving retail performance, leading a high-performing boutique team, and elevating the premium client experience on the sales floor.
Responsibilities
- Drive the boutique to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze sales data to implement effective floor strategies.
- Supervise, mentor, and coach store staff and foster a high-energy, motivated team culture and manage shift rostering.
- Set the standard for premium, luxury customer service. Build strong local client loyalty (CRM) and handle VIP customer relations or complex complaints professionally.
- Oversee total daily store operations, inventory control, stock audits, and visual merchandising standards according to international brand guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in luxury leather goods
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and consumer behavior.
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record of hitting sales targets.
