about the job
- Coordinating with the project architect and other team members to ensure adherence to design specifications, building codes, and client requirements.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of architectural plans, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
- Collaborating with structural engineers, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants, and other stakeholders to integrate architectural designs with structural and mechanical systems.
- Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, resolve design issues, and ensure compliance with architectural drawings and specifications.
- Reviewing shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups to verify conformance to design intent and quality standards.
- Facilitating communication between project team members, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project schedule and budget.
- Assisting in the preparation of project presentations, reports, and documentation for client meetings, regulatory approvals, and project milestones.
- Providing support to the project manager or lead architect in project coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement activities.

skills and experience required
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the related construction, preferably high-rises.
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
