• Lead the development of new markets, new customers, and new businesses.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, partners, and local government agencies to create sustainable business growth opportunities.
• Responsible for the overall profit and loss of the Malaysian business, strictly controlling costs, optimising resource allocation, and achieving significant revenue growth.
• Build and lead the local business team, cultivate a high-performance culture, and motivate the team to achieve outstanding performance goals.
• As the core interface for the Malaysian business, work closely with the group headquarters's technology, product, human resources, and finance departments to ensure that the local business aligns with the company's global strategy.

about the requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of professional experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior managerial or leadership role within the Internet Data Center (IDC), Cloud Computing, or AI/Tech sectors.
• Proven experience managing large-scale operations, technical infrastructure projects, or complex B2B technology solutions.
• Deep understanding of data center operations.
  Strong conceptual knowledge of AI infrastructure requirements.
• Solid grasp of corporate finance, budgeting, and commercial contract negotiations.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, highly adaptable to fast-paced environments, and strongly results-oriented.
