About the Job
As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be the face of our plastics division. You will manage current client accounts while learning how to find new business opportunities, help factories estimate material costs, and ensure smooth delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for automotive and packaging manufacturers buying plastic resins and polymers.
- Learn to guide clients on shipping terms (Incoterms), managing delivery timelines, and reviewing client payment terms.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers while looking out for new factories to partner with.
- Monitor client payment schedules to ensure payments come in on time and avoid payment delays.
- Meet and network with clients and suppliers over business lunches or dinners to build long-term trust.
Skills & Experience Required
- A University Degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or Chemistry.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply! High-potential candidates with a science background will stand out.
- Up to 3 years of B2B sales or trading experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Comfortable with corporate socializing, including joining client lunches and dinners.
