Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's financial operations, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of financial reports.
- Direct the accounting team to ensure financial transactions and records are accurate and produced on time.
- Work closely with the leadership team to formulate financial strategies that align with the company's ambitions.
- Perform ongoing financial assessments to uncover areas for cost reduction and avenues for increasing revenue.
- Maintain adherence to all pertinent financial laws and standards.
- Offer financial insights and assistance to the senior HR executive, particularly in matters connecting finance and human resources.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related area, with a preference for an MBA or CPA certification.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, including a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of financial concepts, procedures, and regulations.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of motivating and guiding a team.
