About the Job
This executive position is responsible for spearheading the group's overall automotive retail sales strategy and dealership network performance. You will champion commercial growth, oversee multiple brand portfolios, lead branch leadership teams, and drive the launch of new brand franchises.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial sales strategy and revenue delivery across the entire multi-brand dealership network.
- Drive network expansion initiatives, new franchise onboarding, and dealership facility rollouts.
- Oversee and mentor branch leadership teams to consistently achieve volume targets, market share, and profitability.
- Build and manage high-level relationships with OEM principals to ensure strict compliance with brand standards and scorecards.
- Direct monthly commercial campaigns, competitive market positioning, and performance turnaround programs.
- Deputize for executive leadership in steering strategic sales, business reviews, and operational planning.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven track record in senior sales leadership or network development within automotive dealership groups or OEM distributors.
- Deep commercial acumen in retail sales management, dealership profitability, and network governance.
- Demonstrated capability in leading multi-site branch heads and navigating OEM principal relationships.
- Strong strategic planning, high attention to detail, and decisive executive leadership.
- Mobility and willingness to travel regularly across regional dealership locations.
