As a Regional HR Coordinator, you will take operational ownership of HR Shared Services across the APAC region, with a primary focus on supporting the company's global headquarters in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute end-to-end employee lifecycle administrative processes (onboarding, contract variations, offboarding, leave, and claims) across regional APAC markets.
Act as the regional subject matter expert on Australian HR administrative compliance, contractual frameworks, and operational guidelines.
Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) to run monthly HR data reporting, reconciliation, and audit checks.
Collaborate closely with regional stakeholders, internal finance teams, and local vendors to ensure high SLA delivery and data integrity.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR Shared Services or HR Operations within a regional or global setup.
Practical working exposure or strong knowledge of Australian employment lifecycle processes and compliance is highly advantageous.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with enterprise HR systems.
Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
Work Location & Mode: Damansara Heights, KL | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH).
Package: Up to RM 7,000/month + Brisbane onboarding travel opportunity.
