This role is reporting to Group of CEO
Key accoutabilities:
- To strategically devise and execute international business development plans aimed at fostering sustainable growth
- To cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key distributors, retailers, and stakeholders in identified markets.
- To stay informed about international regulations and compliance requirements for baby products.
- To set and achieve international sales targets in collaboration with sales teams.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, retailers, and business partners.
- To serve as the main point of contact for international stakeholders, addressing concerns and fostering collaboration.
Skills & experience
- Tertiary education
- 5 years experience in international business management within FMCG industry
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
