In this role, you will take commercial ownership of designated key accounts. You will balance strategic joint business planning with hands-on account execution, ensuring maximum product visibility, optimal inventory levels, and highly effective promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Account Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key retail buyers, building strong, collaborative partnerships to drive category growth.
- Promotional Planning & Activation: Design, pitch, and execute annual and monthly promotional calendars, trade activations, and tailored Trade Marketing Operations (TOSM) strategies.
- Stock & Inventory Coordination: Maintain strong follow-through on stock management, closely tracking inventory levels to prevent out-of-stock situations and coordinating smooth supply fulfilment.
- Data & Performance Analysis: Utilize Excel to track sales performance, run promotional ROI analysis, manage pricing structures, and forecast demand accurately.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal marketing, logistics, and field merchandising teams to ensure all trade marketing and promotional assets are perfectly executed at the store level.
requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of Key Account Management, Sales, or Commercial experience within FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, Healthcare or Skincare industries.
- Experience managing modern trade, pharmacy, health & beauty or retail channels is highly preferred.
