This role serves as the primary commercial bridge to manage and expand partnerships with major local airlines, ground handlers, and airport operators. You will drive revenue growth through service renewals, equipment leasing, and contract management while aligning with cross-functional technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deepen relationships with major local airlines, ground handlers, and airport corporate stakeholders.
- Drive business growth by identifying upselling opportunities, promoting equipment leasing, and securing maintenance service agreements.
- Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and manage the full lifecycle of contract renewals and extensions.
- Coordinate closely with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth equipment delivery and strict SLA compliance.
- Travel frequently to key airport hubs for face-to-face client engagements and reviews.
Skills & Experience Required
- 3 to 5 years of commercial sales, account management, or business development experience.
- Proven background in the aviation, airline, GSE, equipment leasing, or heavy industrial machinery sectors.
- Strong familiarity and relationship-building capabilities within the local Malaysian aviation landscape.
- Sharp negotiation skills and business acumen with the ability to manage corporate accounts independently.
- Open to mid-level professionals; comprehensive regional commercial training will be provided.
