Cross-Border Dispute Management: Assist partners in advising international clients on high-value disputes within the infrastructure and energy sectors.
Arbitration & Litigation Support: Draft pleadings, witness statements, submissions, and legal opinions for international arbitration (AIAC, SIAC, ICC) and court cases.
Strategic Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research on complex cross-border precedents, statutory laws, and multi-layered contracts.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Qualifications: Admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution.
Industry Domain Preference: Strong exposure to construction, engineering, infrastructure, or energy disputes. Familiarity with standard contracts (e.g., FIDIC, PAM) is an advantage.
