about the job

• Cross-Border Dispute Management: Assist partners in advising regional and international clients on high-value, multi-jurisdictional disputes arising from complex infrastructure and energy infrastructure projects.

• Arbitration & Litigation Support: Take a proactive role in drafting pleadings, witness statements, high-level submissions, and legal opinions for international arbitrations (under rules such as AIAC, SIAC, ICC) and court proceedings.

• Strategic Legal Research: Conduct deep, complex legal research into cross-border case precedents, statutory laws, and multi-layered contract suites.

what you'll need to succeed

• Admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor

• 2 to 3 years of PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution

• Industry Domain Preference: Strong, demonstrable exposure to construction, engineering, infrastructure, or energy disputes is highly preferred. Practical familiarity with standard contract suites (e.g., FIDIC, PAM) is an advantage.
