Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for the mobility business/project within Malaysia and overseas, covering various sectors such as automobile, shipping, aircraft, space, and railway.
- Plan and structure project finance arrangements in collaboration with financial institutions to ensure bankable project financing.
- Prepare tender documentation and manage the internal approval process efficiently.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic partners both locally and internationally.
- Monitor and evaluate progress towards quantitative and qualitative goals, identifying areas for improvement.
- Proactively propose business innovations and expansions leveraging professional expertise and experience.
- Provide guidance to subordinates and collaborate effectively with team members to achieve organizational objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent academic track record with at least a 2nd Class Upper (CGPA 3.00) and above.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Infrastructure and Mobility sectors or related fields.
- Proficient in Project Finance Arrangement, including sukuk, with a strong understanding of financial modeling.
- Capable of developing, modifying, and reviewing financial models and tender documentation.
- Demonstrates proficiency in the PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Check, Act), ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Exhibits exemplary leadership qualities, self-motivation, and independence.
