about the job
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers for fit-out projects.
- Conduct supplier assessments to ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
- Ensure that contracts are accurately drafted and executed in a timely manner.
- Develop procurement plans and schedules in coordination with project managers and site teams.
- Anticipate project procurement needs and ensure timely procurement of materials and services to support project timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and service providers.
- Communicate project requirements and expectations to vendors and ensure that they are met throughout the project lifecycle.
about the requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil & Structural, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 to 6 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction or fit-out industry.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office suite.
