about the job
Upon taking up the role, you will be expected to,

• In depth understanding of full cycle of ID BQ, Specifications, and Contracts.
• Must be familiar with pre-contract and post-contract work such as tender preparation, request for quotation, cost analysis, evaluating claims and payment certification, issue Purchase Orders, evaluating and comparing quotations, etc.
• Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final account.
• Manage sub-con payments and main-con claims.
• Prepare award of contract, checked contract documents and recommend contractor’s evaluation
• Able to do hands-on matters such as measurement/ taking off during pre, post and final contract stages.
