This role focuses on driving B2B sales and expanding market share by delivering high-end automotive equipment, such as wheel aligners and balancers, to workshops and authorized dealership networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage a robust network of automotive workshops, service centers, and authorized resellers across the region.
- Drive sales for high-value automotive equipment, including wheel balancing, alignment systems, and specialized service tools.
- Formulate and execute strategic market penetration plans to expand the distributor and dealer ecosystem.
- Conduct regular technical presentations and equipment demonstrations to prospective workshop clients and technicians.
- Collaborate closely with the internal operations team during twice-weekly office briefings to align on targets and delivery.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum of 3 years of aftersales commercial experience within the automotive workshop, spare parts, or servicing sectors.
- Proven track record of managing dealer networks or selling directly to automotive service center owners.
- Deep technical familiarity with automotive workshop machinery, particularly wheel alignment or diagnostic equipment.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a strong, pre-existing network within the local automotive trade.
- Highly self-motivated with the capacity to manage independent client field visits effectively.
