the role
- Manage the brand's sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals, market expansion, and portfolio penetration across Malaysia and Singapore.
- Formulate and execute dual-function commercial plans, seamlessly balancing traditional on-the-ground sales operations with creative marketing campaigns, digital strategies, and roadshows.
- Take ownership of a fluid channel assignment - whether your strengths lie in Modern Trade (MT), General Trade (GT), or Food Service - to optimize distribution networks and commercial partnerships.
- Monitor regional performance metrics, analyze consumer trends, manage annual budgets, and work closely with executive leadership to guide long-term business growth.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal R&D, Product Development, and Operations teams to orchestrate successful new product launches and ensure customer satisfaction.
the experience
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of commercial FMCG experience within the food industry or food manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of handling sales and marketing workflows simultaneously; someone who is highly creative yet commercially aggressive.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
