Key Responsibilities:
Document Development:
- Create and maintain comprehensive and user-friendly documentation for participation rules and operational procedures in our payment network scheme.
Interdepartmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with various teams such as Product, Commercial, and Operations to gather insights and feedback, ensuring alignment with product and business requirements while supporting organizational objectives.
Expert Collaboration:
- Work closely with subject matter experts from Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams to ensure accurate documentation of participation rules and operational procedures.
Product & Operational Understanding:
- Demonstrate a robust technical understanding of our products, services, payment systems, and operational processes to effectively communicate complex concepts clearly.
User-Centric Design:
- Employ a user-centric approach to design and structure documentation, catering to the needs of both technical and non-technical stakeholders within our payment network.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all documentation adheres to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices, staying updated with regulatory changes for timely updates.
Version Control and Maintenance:
- Implement and maintain version control processes to track changes in participation rules and operational procedures, ensuring documentation reflects the latest information accurately.
Quality Assurance:
- Execute rigorous quality assurance processes to validate the accuracy, clarity, and completeness of documentation.
Continuous Improvement:
- Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing documentation processes, incorporating feedback mechanisms to meet evolving organizational and stakeholder needs efficiently.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of technical writing experience, preferably in the payments or financial services sector.
Operational and Product Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of our payment company's products, services, and related operational requirements.
Operational and Technical Proficiency:
- Strong technical prowess in translating intricate product, operational, and technical concepts into accessible documentation.
Regulatory Awareness:
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks concerning payments and financial services, ensuring documentation compliance.
Collaboration Skills:
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
Detail-Oriented:
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation.
User-Centric Mindset:
- Focus on creating user-friendly documentation catering to diverse stakeholder needs.
Adaptability:
- Ability to adapt to evolving industry standards, regulatory changes, and technological advancements.
Software Skills:
