Senior Legal Counsel / Legal Manager
Location: Kuala Lumpur ...

🏢 Industry: Property Development & Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate & Commercial Contracts: Draft, review, and finalize legal documentation including Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPAs), joint ventures, shareholders' agreements, tenancy, bridging/housing loans, and commercial contracts.
Advisory & Risk Management: Provide strategic legal counsel to internal business units and liaise directly with external panel solicitors and legal consultants.
Compliance & Governance: Oversee regulatory risk, data protection (PDPA), and Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC) frameworks alongside Whistleblowing policies.

What You'll Need:

Qualifications: LL.B degree and called to the Malaysian Bar.
Experience: 5–8+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) specializing in corporate, conveyancing, or property legal affairs (in-house or top-tier law firm background).
Skills: Strong negotiation skills, thorough regulatory knowledge, and a commercial mindset.
