Key responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive 360-degree annual marketing plans that align with broader business objectives.
- Campaign Management: Execute the marketing mix across all channels (offline, digital, retail, public relations) while managing performance and ROI.
- Budget & Performance: Oversee annual A&P budgets, monitor monthly spending, and leverage digital trends like SEO and paid media to drive engagement.
- Asset & Relationship Management: Direct the creation of on-brand content and cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and partners to enhance brand awareness.
- Team Leadership: Lead the marketing team and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing efforts support sales objectives and seamless operations.
