This independent, hunter role focuses on expanding our market footprint in Johor Bahru. You will be fully responsible for securing commercial projects and introducing advanced IoT systems to industry decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt for new B2B project opportunities across commercial, hotel, and residential sectors in Johor.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and interior designers.
- Present and specify full-set IoT systems and smart hardware from initial pitch to installation.
- Prepare sales proposals, handle project quotations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Track local market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor movements in the Southern region.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 2–5 years of B2B project sales experience, preferably in building materials or construction.
- Strong networking skills with a proven track record of pitching to architects or contractors.
- Self-motivated and highly disciplined to manage the regional market independently.
- Sharp negotiation skills and excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Possess own transportation and willingness to travel within the region.
