Drive Retreading Market Growth: Proactively identify, pitch, and secure new business opportunities for precured tread liners, camelback rubber, cushion gum, and unvulcanised compounding materials across local fleets and independent retreaders.
Custom Compounding Acquisition: Target industrial manufacturers needing customized masterbatch, technical rubber formulations, and high-performance vectors (e.g., automotive seals, conveyor belts, marine fenders).
Regional Development: Expand the B2B client footprint across Malaysia, with potential coverage into broader Southeast Asian export markets.
skills and requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience preferably with experience in the rubber trading field
- An active, existing network of contacts among commercial vehicle or industrial engineering component
- Strong track record in raw material/B2B volume sales negotiations, key account retention, and hitting annual revenue KPIs.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client site audits, technical trials, and industry conventions.
