As a Senior TA Executive, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end regional recruitment lifecycle for critical Marketing and IT portfolios across the APAC region. This is a highly autonomous, data-fluent role designed for an outbound recruitment professional who excels at proactive headhunting rather than just waiting for applications to land.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Execution: Run the end-to-end recruitment process from the initial briefing call through to offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.
- Proactive Sourcing: Actively hunt top talent utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, and alternative modern sourcing channels.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for high-volume technical and regional commercial roles.
- Process Innovation: Design custom interview frameworks and targeted evaluation methods tailored to specific role requirements, moving away from generic templates.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers to build genuine advisory relationships, keeping them seamlessly updated so you are the partner they want to call.
- Data-Driven Sourcing: Manage comprehensive daily and monthly recruitment reports (tracking metrics like time-to-fill and offer acceptance) to analyze your own performance and continuously optimize pipelines.
What You’ll Need to Shine:
- Experience: At least 2 years of fast-paced recruitment experience (a 360-degree agency background is highly valued).
- Language Proficiency: Flawless verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin to effectively collaborate with regional, Mandarin-speaking corporate clients.
- Mindset: Strong critical thinking, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work completely independently without needing to be chased.
