- Identify new opportunities for business growth and expansion, exploring innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of customers.
- Utilize knowledge and experience in fabrication and precision engineering to drive technical excellence and quality in all aspects of services.
- Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs effectively.
- Stay updated on overseas free trade agreements and regulations relevant to the business, leveraging this knowledge to facilitate international trade and business development opportunities.
- Lead by example, demonstrating composure, adaptability, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Deliver engaging and impactful presentations to European customers, showcasing capabilities, solutions, and value proposition effectively.
- Manage customer relationships effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through attentive service and support.
- Provide strong leadership and management to the technical team, guiding and motivating them to achieve their full potential.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
the experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline.
- Requires a minimum of 8 years of managerial experience.
- Possess a strong background in engineering, preferably with a specialization in automation.
