Leading a team of Account Manager, Account Executive
Key responsibilities:
- Manage strategic client and stakeholder relationships, serving as the primary liaison for key accounts and facilitating high-level negotiations
- Direct strategic campaigns and initiatives to ensure full alignment with client business objectives
- Oversee project portfolios to drive profitability, quality, and long-term client retention
- Identify emerging market opportunities and lead the development of proposals and tender submissions
- Optimise operational workflows to enhance the overall efficiency of client servicing teams.

skills and experience required

- Possess advanced analytical thinking, comprehensive project management capabilities, and exceptional communication skills across all organisational levels.
