Manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journals accurately and timely.
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations.
Assist with month-end closing activities, including preparation of financial reports and schedules.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry in the accounting system.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Liaise with internal departments, external auditors, and tax agents when necessary.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.
Support the Finance team in budgeting and forecasting exercises when required.

it'll be good if you are

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Strong in basic double entries knowledge.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
